1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. When you use the platform, we collect information about the grants you search and save, the reports you generate, and your usage patterns. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the WinGrants service, including generating personalized grant intelligence based on your profile. We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. AI Processing

When you submit a grant URL or use the platform's intelligence features, information about the grant and your search is sent to third-party AI providers (including Anthropic) to generate reports. This processing is subject to those providers' own privacy policies. We do not send your personal profile information to AI providers without your knowledge.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

6. Third-Party Services

WinGrants uses the following third-party services that may process your data: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI generation), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Firecrawl and Exa (web research). Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at hello@wingrants.io. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.

9. Children

WinGrants is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
